- GPS将棋は無保証です
- GPS将棋をダウンロードして改造して販売する場合でも、GPS将棋の開発者に料金を支払う必要はありません
- GPS将棋をダウンロードして改造したり自作プログラムと組み合わせたものを配布(販売を含む)する場合は、元の部分だけでなく改造部分や自作部分のソースコードをユーザが入手することができるようにする必要があります。また、そのバイナリやソースコードをユーザがさらに改造したり配布することについて、元のGNU GPL以上の強い制限をかけてはいけません。ソースコードの公開が必要な範囲については、
-- 静的リンクにより一体のバイナリを作成した場合はその全てが必要、
